Kirui is a seasoned sales professional and marketer with over 12 years sales experience. His experience spans various sectors including Corporate Management, Business Development, Finance Planning and Budgeting. He is a graduate of Moi University, B.Tech (Production/Mechanical Engineering). He has previously worked in different capacities in the field of sales and marketing at Vivo energy( Area Business Manager-coast and western Kenya)and Sameer Africa(sales and customer Advisor).

At Speciality Tyres, Kirui is incharge of the sales department, business development and commercial part of the business. His job also involves:

• Maintaining consistent trajectory of business growth
• Managing and overseeing sales team
• Managing optimal pricing and customer satisfaction
• Identifying new market opportunities

Kirui is a seasoned sales professional with a passion for customer service and providing solution to clients.

Martin is a self-motivated technical sales professional with over 10 years experience in the tyre industry. He has previously worked under different capacities in the mechanical engineering field ranging from General Manager incharge of sales and technical departments at Silverstone Tyres Kenya Ltd; Workshop Manager, Dynacorp Motors; Production Manager, Labh Singh Harnam Singh Ltd and Shift Engineer, Mabati Rolling Mills, Mombasa. He is a graduate of Moi University, B.Tech (Production/Mechanical Engineering).

At Speciality Tyres, Martin is incharge of the Technical department as well as the Retail division. This also includes:

• Working in coordination with the sales team on product issues, customer and dealer issues;
• New product and service launches
• Effective management and implementation of the appropriate tyre management systems / practices to achieve lowest cost per kilometer / hour for client’s fleet / equipment.
• Product,technical services and employee training
  
• Developing, implementing and monitoring the company’s Quality Management System and Environment Management System;
• Overseeing other areas of the business including safety.

Charles is in charge of the Finance Department at Speciality Tyres. He is a Certified Public Account of Kenya (CPA-K) and an active member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Nairobi.
